Q. Are your properties the same as on the MLS?
A. No. The real estate we specialize in is all Off Market. These are wholesale deals that you will not find on the MLS
Q. Do you charge fees to buy from you?
A. No. The price we quote you is the price of the property. There are no additional fees, other than those processed by the title company.
Q. Can I use bank financing?
A. Typically no. The wholesale property we sell must be closed quickly and sometimes will not qualify for a conventional loan. Most of our clients purchase through their own cash, a private lender, and even their IRA.
Q. Do you have properties in other areas?

Q. How quickly can we close on a deal?
A. Most of our deals close within 7 days. Title is typically already opened, which expedites the process.
